offer a safe space for you to benefit from learning a new skill and to jo
in a lovely community of creatives where we guarantee a safe women-only sp
ace. We have been running sessions for women who have experienced violence
for a couple of years now\, with referrals from East Dunbartonshire Actio
n for Mental Health (EDAMH). But we wanted to open this up\, so that more
women could access these fabulous community sessions. If you have struggle
d with your mental health and are looking for a safe space to help with fe
eling connected with your community again\, then these classes may help wi
th that. These sessions are beginner-friendly\, so we assume no previous k
nowledge. However\, if there is something in particular that you would lik
e help with\, then please let us know and we will try our best to support
you with that. If you have ANY questions\, please get in touch x What to e
xpect:We'll take you through the basics\, step-by-step\, including how to
correctly thread up a machine and sew straight seamsA safe\, women-only sp
ace to learn a new skill in the company of othersAll materials and sewing
