If your child loves costume, cosplay or fashion then THIS is the class for them!

We have been running fashion classes for a number of years now but have had A LOT of interest in costume design for those children and young people where this is a particular passion.

So, we listened and introduced this course!

What to expect: 

• We take you through the full journey of how to make a costume piece
• Understanding and cutting the fabric to size
• Selecting the appropriate fabric for the garment
• Altering a design to suit
• Learn dressmaking techniques used in costume design throughout
• All materials and sewing machine provided

We assume that participants have a basic level of sewing (ideally attending our beginner classes before joining this class).

Due to the nature of this course, we ask that you commit to the full 8-week block as each session builds on the previous one.

Booking is essential as we keep our classes small.

We will ask parents/guardians to complete a parental consent form before the class (this will be emailed separately and only required if you have never attended classes before or your existing details have changed since last term).
