These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of fabric starter packs by Stitch the Gap via our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Ordering

    1. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
    2. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
    3. Orders will be confirmed via email after payment is processed.

3. Payment

    1. Payment must be completed at checkout through the available online payment methods.
    2. Stitch the Gap reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is not successfully processed.

4. Delivery

    1. Orders are shipped within 5 business days of confirmation.  Some items are made to order and may take longer.
    2. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and shipping provider.
    3. Stitch the Gap is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as customs, weather, or courier issues.

5. Returns and Refunds

    1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, subject to our Returns Policy
    2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Use of Products

    1. Fabric starter packs are intended for personal or non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    2. Stitch the Gap is not responsible for improper use of the products.

7. Intellectual Property
