October Half-Term Sewing Camp in Glasgow (ages 6+)

Children can attend the full week or just pick the days to suit - they do not have to attend the full week - book by the day for £50 a day.

Stuck for what to do this October half-term? Why not a fun and creative week with Stitch the Gap!

We’re returning to Kelvinside Academy for another sewing and arts & crafts camp where textile reuse is at the heart of everything we do.

Children aged 6+ will be able to explore their creative side and have a go at sewing, knitting, crochet, weaving, and other arts & crafts at their own pace.

Each child will go home with several finished projects by the end of the week - all that they’ve made themselves!

When: Mon 12th - Fri 16th October, 10am-4pm
Where: Kelvinside Academy, 33 Kirklee Rd, Glasgow, G12 0SW
Price: £210 for the week or £50 a day

All materials are provided. Your child will just need to bring a packed lunch and drink for the day.

If you’re unsure about suitability, drop‑off/pick‑up times, or anything else, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help answer any questions before you book.

Feedback from attendees of previous holiday camps:

“Both our children attended the holiday camp and loved it. They have tried so many different classes and camps and said this one has been their favourite. Every day they came home buzzing with what they had done and made and were keen to go back the next day to finish a project or start something new.”

“Daughter was at holiday camp, loved it and delighted with everything she made”

“My daughter has grown in confidence, self belief, problem solving, ability and technical sewing skills. All the craftsmanship has resulted in such lovely keepsakes and treasured possessions of camp. Thank you so much!”

Note: We will ask parents/guardians to complete a contact form before the class (the link for this is contained within the confirmation email).

We have a 48 hours cancellation policy. If cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the event start time, we will not be able to offer a refund.
